The Magnum poly tailgate spreader is available in two models and quickly and easily spreads salt or salt & sand*. Its ½ horsepower direct drive motor and ‘blast’ feature can produce up to 70 amps of surge power to grind through chunks of salt or salt/sand. Both 750- and 350- pound hoppers are made of extended life polyethylene.

* Optional vibrator kit required to spread a 50/50 blend of dry, free flowing #1 rock salt and sand or sand only.
